Delete your Simbu data
Last updated: October 24, 2026
You can remove Simbu's access to your accounts at any time, and ask us to delete everything we store about you. Here's how.
1. Disconnect a platform
In the Simbu dashboard, go to Config, choose the branch and click Disconnect next to Google Business Profile, Facebook or WhatsApp. We delete that platform's stored access token right away, and we stop publishing to it.
2. Remove Simbu from your Facebook or Google account
This cancels the permission you gave us on the platform's side. If you remove it there without disconnecting in Simbu, our stored token simply stops working.
- Facebook: open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Simbu and click Remove.
- Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Simbu and click Remove access.
3. Delete your account and all your data
In the Simbu dashboard, open the account menu (your email, top right), choose Delete account and enter your password. We immediately delete your account, your businesses and branches, opening hours, connected-account tokens and WhatsApp assistant messages, and revoke Simbu's access to Google.
If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your Simbu account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email. We only keep what the law requires us to.
